Our custom mesh is supplied with a full instrument set for fixation and surgeons have freedom of screw placement or specific fixation points incorporated within the design.

Dental implant placement can be designed in conjunction with your custom titanium mesh if desired. Our experienced dental team can plan the dental implant position with a fully guided or pilot option. The implants can be placed first or the scaffold design altered to allow placement through the structure.
Everything you need will be supplied with the case including our Jeil Midface instrumentation set.
Our dental engineers will take the patient CT or CBCT and design the custom titanium mesh to your specific preference depending on the volume, width and height desired.
The scaffold design can be altered to your clinical needs. Once approved it will be 3D-printed in our Melbourne manufacturing facility with a turnaround of 3-5 business days.

Although we can supply membranes and biomaterial options you are welcome to use your preference.
Once ready to be removed we will ship the midface kit for screw removal.
