Our custom titanium orbital plates are designed from the patient’s CT data to reconstruct the medial wall and orbital floor fractures. Our patient specific titanium plates can also be made in a variety of colours for identification, offered in two piece configurations and supplied with fixation guides to aid in registration and placement.
Extensive reconstruction is also possible with additive manufacturing extending over the zygoma if necessary.
Our midface instrument set is supplied with each case and designed for fixation with our 1.6mm cortical screws.

The Complete Orbit is designed to replace non-load-bearing bony structures of the orbit. The Complete Orbit may be modified to meet the structural and anatomic needs of the patient for a large variety of defects.

As the case requires, a two plate design can allow for easier insertion on intraoperative navigation.
Our custom titanium plates can be finished in different colouration to allow for easy identification.
For complex reconstructions we can provide a duplicate custom plate template as an intraoperative aid for positioning.
A surgical guide can be supplied with your custom titanium orbit to help locate fixation holes and aid final positioning.
Anatomical Biomodels can be provided with your orbital plates for intraoperative use. Mirrored contralateral side orbital floor models or pre and post operative anatomical biomodels can be sent with your case.
